Horizon Nuclear Power required the establishment of a geological ground model in order to finalise the design of their ABWR reactor and associated nuclear infrastructure.

Embedded within HNP, I translated the business need into a clearly defined marine work scope and risk register, leading to the successful execution of the Detailed Offshore & Onshore Ground Investigations (£5M), enabling the production of the model, with the project winning the Ground Engineering Awards in 2017.
